The estimated shipping time within the Mexican Republic is 3 to 4 business days from the confirmation of payment and purchase.
Order processing is done on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays in Mexico).
Orders confirmed after 2:00 PM (Central Mexico Time) will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods and Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on the destination, weight, and volume of the package.
We offer shipping through trusted logistics providers. The choice of carrier will depend on service coverage and availability.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can track the delivery on the logistics provider's website.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide correct and up-to-date information for delivery.

4. Coverage Areas

We ship to all parts of Mexico.
Some remote locations may have longer delivery times or additional costs, which will be communicated before you finalize your purchase.

5. Responsibility in Delivery

BEE-CAUSE is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions, parcel logistics problems, or force majeure situations.
If the order cannot be delivered due to incorrect information provided by the customer, the reshipping cost will be covered by the buyer.
